This session will include:

-Tuning in to the moon with breath and intention
-Yoga asana with feel-good adjustments
-Extended svasana (relaxation)

Arrive promptly by 5:50 to get settled. Once the salt therapy begins the doors will remain closed. If you want to bring water into the room it needs to have a lid.

Yoga mats and herbal tea are provided.

Let's join together in community under the Full Moon to become more awake to our authentic selves as our body's movements become an expression of our soul.

🌞Allow the body to reflect the light of the soul as the moon reflects the light of the sun.🌝

In this event we use yoga asana and guided movement with music to connect more deeply to our inner light.

Each session will have a theme based on the placement of the moon.
